Terms of Use

Last updated: February 2026.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AskLisa platform, an Enterprise Artificial Intelligence infrastructure operated by ASKLISA INOVAÇÃO E TECNOLOGIA LTDA., registered under CNPJ no. 43.557.170/0001-84 ("AskLisa").

By using our services, the Client and its Users agree in full to the conditions set forth herein.

1. Object and Technological Scope

AskLisa provides an Active Intelligence solution based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture. The platform acts as a processing layer that connects the Client's private databases (Knowledge Base) to communication interfaces (Teams, Web Dashboards), using language models (LLMs) in secure and isolated instances.

2. Nature of Service and Exemption from Professional Substitution

AskLisa is a consultative support and information flow automation tool.

No Substitution: Content generated by the AI does not constitute, under any circumstances, legal advice, HR diagnosis, or final administrative decision of any kind.

Human Validation: The Client acknowledges that the final word and technical validation of any response generated by the platform are the exclusive responsibility of its qualified professionals. AskLisa assists in decision-making but does not replace it.

3. Intellectual Property and Data Governance

Client Data: The Client retains full and exclusive ownership of all raw data, documents, and information integrated into the platform.

Data Segregation: AskLisa ensures that Client data is processed in a segregated manner. There is no sharing of data between different clients.

AskLisa Ownership: All rights to the software architecture, algorithms, connectors, trademarks, and data processing methodologies belong exclusively to AskLisa.

4. Security, Infrastructure and Privacy

In compliance with Privacy by Design best practices and the current infrastructure policy:

Hosting: Processing takes place in a high-security cloud environment, with data encrypted at rest and in transit.

AI Processing: Integration with LLMs is carried out via Enterprise channels, ensuring that requests are not used to improve third-party global models.

LGPD Compliance: AskLisa acts as Personal Data Processor, processing information strictly for the contracted purpose and under the Client's (Controller's) instructions, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Responsibilities of the Parties

The Client agrees to:

  • Maintain the integrity and currency of connected databases (AI accuracy is directly proportional to the quality of data provided).
  • Ensure the lawfulness and authorization for the processing of all data entered on the platform.
  • Use the solution strictly for professional purposes, with any attempt at reverse engineering or unauthorized stress testing prohibited.

AskLisa agrees to:

  • Keep the platform available and secure, in accordance with contracted SLA standards.
  • Apply security updates and vulnerability fixes on an ongoing basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Given the statistical and probabilistic nature of Artificial Intelligence:

Hallucinations and Inaccuracies: Although RAG technology mitigates errors, AskLisa does not guarantee absolute accuracy of all responses and shall not be liable for business decisions made based on information generated without human review.

Third-Party Services: AskLisa is not responsible for interruptions caused by failures in infrastructure providers, AI models, or communication channels.

Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances shall AskLisa be liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Termination and Suspension

AskLisa reserves the right to suspend access to services in the event of: (i) financial default; (ii) security breach or attempted fraud; or (iii) use that jeopardizes the stability of the shared infrastructure.

8. General Provisions

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect technological developments. Continued use after notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Jurisdiction: The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any disputes arising from this instrument.
