Asklisa Launches First International Operation and Begins Activity in Peru

Guilherme Leonel - CEO Asklisa

In February 2026, Asklisa marked a significant milestone in our journey: we officially launched our first operation outside of Brazil, implementing our platform to serve a major organization in Peru. More than just entering a new country, this move represents the consolidation of a model that transforms how internal departments connect to the business.

A New Chapter: International Expansion

Since our founding in Brazil, Asklisa was born with a clear purpose: to structure, automate, and bring intelligence to the management of internal inquiries—especially in areas like Legal, HR, Compliance, and Marketing—using AI integrated into environments such as Microsoft Teams. Now, this model is crossing borders. The expansion into Peru symbolizes three strategic validations:

  • 📌 Product Maturity: Our technology is built to operate within complex, multinational structures.

  • 🌎 International Scalability: Processes, governance, and architecture designed for different countries, languages, and regulatory realities.

  • 🚀 Global Demand for Efficiency: The challenge of organizing internal advisory services is not local; it is structural.

Legal as Strategic Infrastructure

Our operations in Peru focus on internal legal advisory, serving the entire company across the country. This means organizing the flow of questions, requests, and guidance that reach the legal team daily—often in a decentralized, informal, and hard-to-measure way. In large corporations, the legal advisory department is a primary pillar of business support. However, without the proper structure, it can become:

  • Reactive

  • Overloaded

  • Difficult to measure

  • Invisible in terms of strategic impact

Asklisa’s value proposition is different. By structuring advisory services within the company's workflow using AI, automatic categorization, traceability, and strategic data, Legal stops being just a "response center" and becomes a data-driven department.

Far Beyond Automation

This international expansion is not merely a commercial move. It is a confirmation that the AI-as-operational-infrastructure model makes sense for any organization dealing with a high volume of internal inquiries. It’s not just about answering questions faster. It’s about:

  • Creating governance in internal service.

  • Ensuring traceability and SLAs between departments.

  • Reducing rework.

  • Generating data for strategic decision-making.

  • Scaling legal knowledge within the company.

What This Moment Represents for Asklisa

Our first client outside Brazil marks the beginning of a new phase: the consolidation of Asklisa as a company with an international vocation. We remain committed to the same principle that brought us here: Transforming advisory departments into strategic, organized, and data-driven structures, regardless of the country.

Internationalization is not a finish line; it is the start of a new stage of growth. Through this process, we consolidate the thesis that AI is not an accessory, but the very infrastructure for legal advisory on a global scale.

We have systematized this vision and the results of our international "Ground Zero" in an executive report focused on the end of the traditional governance model.
